The Opioid Manager is designed to be a point-of-care tool which distils onto one double-sided page, essential information and advice from the Canadian Guideline for Safe and Effective Use of Opioids for Chronic Non-cancer Pain. If it realizes its potential it will be used routinely by health care providers who find it a practical tool to guide and track the initiation and monitoring of opioid therapy for chronic non-cancer pain patients. While the Opioid Manager has been tested during its development, we invite interested practitioners to try this tool and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Opioid Manager is created at Toronto Rehabilitation Institute.
The switching opioids form is currently hosted at McMaster University. Please note: The Switching Opioids Form document cannot be modified.
